Fanita English, M.S.W. is a Certified Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (clinical and organizational) who founded a transactional analysis institute in Philadelphia, developed Balanced Energy Therapy (BET), and taught in Europe for many years. She is the recipient of the 1978 Eric Berne Memorial Scientific Award. She will be a keynote speaker at the First Congress of the World Council for Psychotherapy in Viena, July 1996. She now lives in San Francisco, U.S.A.
